Roberta Cavaliere began her career as a Destination Wedding Planner more than ten years ago, working in some of Italy's most stunning and iconic locations. Roberta and her team ensure that each event is a smooth and enjoyable process for her couples, while also providing a memorable and seamless experience for their guests. Roberta Cavaliere is based in Torino, Italy and travels throughout Italy, Greece, France and Spain.

What would you like couples to know about you?

My team and I prioritize experience over design, crafting bespoke and authentic weddings in Italy and Greece's most beautiful destinations. We are passionate about creating exclusive, one-of-a-kind celebrations that break free from conventions and traditional etiquette. We love working with couples who appreciate meticulous planning—while leaving room for a little spontaneity!

What is your most memorable career moment?

Working in new iconic venues is always a big achievement for me - I will always remember my first time at Villa Miani, in Rome.

What inspires you?

Traveling and discovering new places to work in always gives me butterflies—it keeps everything fresh and inspiring!

How would you describe your working style?

Our planning approach is very relaxed and couple friendly and guest-focused. We aim for the organization of each event to be a smooth and enjoyable journey for every couple, and a memorable and seamless experience for their guests too.

Do you have custom packages according to individual needs?

We offer 3 different packages but we are always flexible to find the balance that best resonates with our couples.

What is a favourite product or service that you offer and why?

Our high-level package, in which all our team members are involved in crafting beautiful and high-end weddings!

Where would you love to travel to for work?

Across Italy, Greece, France and Spain.

Who is your dream client?

We love working with couples who appreciate meticulous planning—while leaving room for a little spontaneity! We love working with couples coming from the U.S. (above all NY city) and Australia. Our ideal client is in their 30's, is romantic and loves authenticity and understated luxury. We love couples who have the ability to fully trust the planning team!

What is your advice to couples getting married?

To enjoy the whole process as much as possible, as time flies and it is going to be one of the most beautiful experience in their life!

We like to say, an unforgettable experience has three components: the feeling of experiencing the "here and now", the beauty that our eyes perceive and the right people. Our mission is to put all three together by crafting memorable events.
