Shipping

If you have purchased multiple items from multiple brands, please note these may be shipped out to you individually, depending on whether some items are on pre-order. Please allow 2 business days to process your order.

 

If you live in Australia:

Standard shipping for purchases under $250 - $9.50

FREE Standard or Express Shipping for purchases over $250

Express Shipping for purchases under $250 - $12.50

FREE Express Shipping for purchases over $250

 

If you live in the rest of the world:

International shipping is $45.

Pre Sale orders require full payment at time of purchase. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as they are produced. The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page.

Duties and Taxes:

If you purchase from overseas, you may be subjected to import duties and taxes. As the customer you are responsible for payment of any such fees. If this is a concern, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once submitting exchange you must send the item with tracking number within ten days of the request. Due to the delicate nature of our gowns, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on International gown orders.

We do not accept exchanges on earrings or lingerie, for hygiene reasons.  

We do not accept exchanges or returns on any sale, made-to order items or purchases made with promotional codes.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All items must be returned with tags on and/or in original packaging in perfect condition without any signs of wear, missing tags or perfume smells. Please bear in mind that we are a small business and stock pieces that have been made with love and can be delicate and/or light in colour. We recommend that you try on our wedding gowns with a bare face and not wearing any fake tans, creams or perfumes as these can stain the garments and make the item non-refundable. Please take care when trying our pieces on at home, as we can not be held responsible for damages that occur after wear.

 

Returns

If you would like to return a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Once submitting the return you must send the item with tracking number within a fortnight of the request. Due to the delicate nature of our gowns, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on International gown orders.

Jewellery, lingerie, any sale and made-to-order items or purchases using promotional codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are faulty.

Faulty items:

For all faulty or damaged items, The Anti-Bride offers replacement or full refund (including shipping costs). Please send us photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and contact details to info@theantibride.com.au. We will then let you know how we can proceed.

 

Sold out items:

As The Anti-Bride works with independent brands with exclusive stock, there are times where items will be out of stock and may only be available on pre-order. If an item is out of stock, The Anti-Bride will issue a refund within 48 hours, in the event you do not wish to receive your item on pre-order. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

This agreement is between you and The Anti-Bride ABN 11690098032. You will be bound by these terms and conditions by using this website. Please note that our terms and conditions may alter over time and we request that you review these regularly.

 

A. TERMS OF SERVICE

By using the site, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions. The Anti-Bride reserves all rights in respect of content, services & access to and use of the site.

These Terms and Conditions together with the documents referred to within the Terms and Conditions govern the supply of any products ordered by you on the Site and your use of the Site. By browsing, accessing, using the Site or ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by  these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE

1.1 You must only use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable law.

1.2 We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times and without disruption and we provide no warranties in relation to the content of any other website linked to or from our Site.

 

2. INFORMATION ON THIS SITE
2.1 Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of products, some actual products (including, in particular, clothing and accessories) may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Site. 

 

3. ORDER AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

3.1 When making an Order, you must follow the instructions on the Site as to how to make your Order and for making changes to your Order before you submit it.

3.2 Once You select a product that you wish to order, irrespective of any previous price you have seen or heard, you will then be shown or told (on the Site) the price you must pay including GST and any other charges, including any unless otherwise stated all charges are in Australian Dollars.

3.3 You must pay for the Order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods we provide on the Site. You must be fully entitled to use the payment method or account used for purchases. The payment method or account must have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the purchase. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product.

3.4 If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your Order in accordance with your instructions.

3.5 We are not obliged to supply the product to You until we have accepted Your Order. We may in our discretion refuse to accept an Order from You for any reason, including
(a) unavailability of stock or we may offer you an alternative product (in which case we may require you to re-submit Your Order)

 

4. DELIVERY

4.1 We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

4.2 We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

4.3 You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
