Tell us a little about yourselves!

We’re two Raleigh natives building lives rooted in intention and community. Tyler is an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Happy & Hale, Madre, and Moonroom. Antonella is a life coach for women and the founder of SIH Raleigh, a women’s community centered on connection, self-discovery, and turning inward.

We met just 11 months ago when Antonella reached out to Happy & Hale on Instagram to source smoothies for an SIH event. Tyler replied, “I have an idea…”. What began as a conversation around collaboration between our businesses quickly became something much deeper. It turned into the most meaningful collaboration of our lives: finding each other.

Why did you decide to get married where you did?

We chose the courthouse because it felt aligned with how we move through life. Intentional, grounded, and focused on what truly matters. It created space for us to be fully present with each other, without distraction. It wasn’t about the setting, it was about the commitment.

How many guests did you have?

We had 24 guests! Sonya Le Photography captured our day.

What was your budget?

We didn’t really have a budget but we stayed under $6000.

Tell us about your outfits.

I wanted to do something intentionally anti-traditional. I’ve always felt most confident in a power suit, and the blazer dress felt like the perfect expression of that—structured, effortless, and fully me.

What was the most important aspect for you, in terms of planning your wedding?

Alignment was everything for us. We were intentional about creating a day that reflected who we are and how we love… grounded, present, and real. Nothing felt forced or performative, and that made it all the more meaningful.

Were there any elements that were important for you to incorporate?

There was a strong focus on simplicity, but not in a minimal way—more in a way that created space for what actually matters. Our energy, our commitment, and the weight of the moment. From what we wore to how we chose to celebrate, every detail was a reflection of our values: authenticity, faith, and building something that feels real rather than performative.

Any tips for couples getting married?

Stay grounded in your why. There will always be opinions, expectations, and pressure to do things a certain way but none of that matters if it doesn’t feel aligned. The most powerful thing you can do is choose each other fully and build a day that reflects that. When you’re present and intentional, everything else becomes secondary.
