Tell us a little about yourselves!

We met through mutual friends in Boston and have loved every moment of our relationship since. We’re an active couple, our first sparks were playing beach volleyball, and we spend a lot of time outdoors at parks and the beach with our dog, Stogie. We’re constantly laughing together, but we also share a deep appreciation for one another when life gets tough. Our relationship is rooted in both joy and genuine support.

Why did you decide to get married where you did?

Manhattan has always held a special place in our hearts, as we both grew up just outside the city. With most of our families still living in Manhattan and the surrounding areas, it felt like the perfect place to celebrate and honor our love. We chose to have a small, intimate wedding to ensure we could spend quality time with our loved ones on such a special day.

How many guests did you have?

33 guests.

What was your budget?

Under $25k.

Tell us about your outfits.

We both chose simple, timeless looks that reflected our style of elegance, understated, and classic. Our goal was to keep everything clean and effortless, letting the focus stay on the moment and each other.

What was the most important aspect for you, in terms of planning your wedding?

Making sure it felt like us and also that our love for each other and our family/friends was the center of it all.

Were there any elements that were important for you to incorporate?

We wrote a personal note for each guest and placed it on their dinner plate. We wanted them to know just how much they mean to us and that our love for each other is deeper and more genuine because of the love they’ve shown us throughout our lives.

Any tips for couples getting married?

Something will probably go wrong on your wedding day and you’ll end up laughing about it! Also, stick to your gut! Plan the wedding you and your partner will love.

Are there any vendors that you would like to tell us a little more about?

Our photographer, Ally Rabon, was absolutely incredible throughout the entire weekend. She captured us beautifully in every light and made each moment feel timeless.

Ci Siamo serves absolutely incredible food, we can’t recommend them enough! Whether you’re going for a night out or hosting a private event, everything they make is simply delicious.
