From the moment you arrive, you’re invited to make the experience your own. Think welcome dinners under the stars, scenic ceremony settings, curated menus, poolside recovery sessions, and charming on-site cabins for your nearest and dearest. Additional accommodation is available just 20 minutes away from our sister properties, Bannisters by the Sea and Bannisters Pavilion Mollymook.
The Ranch caters to weddings from 40 to 200 guests, with the flexibility to host everything from relaxed cocktail receptions to elegant multi-course dinners. Best of all, the entire property is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
Just a 3.5-hour drive from Sydney or 2 hours from Canberra, The Jackson Ranch offers the perfect South Coast escape to celebrate in style.

With ten recently renovated cabins accommodating up to 40 guests onsite, you can host your nearest and dearest in complete seclusion.

We’re proud to offer in-house catering for both food and beverage, with a variety of menu styles to suit each couple. Do you provide a Day-Of-Coordinator?
While we don’t offer a traditional on-the-day coordinator, every couple is supported by a dedicated Venue Coordinator throughout their stay. Your coordinator is onsite for the duration of your wedding events, ensuring every element of the venue runs seamlessly. They work behind the scenes to align food and beverage timings, liaise with our team and help bring your vision to life so you can relax and truly enjoy your time at The Ranch.

Is there accommodation available on site?
Yes – Jackson Ranch offers exclusive on-site accommodation for you and your guests, sleeping up to 40 across a collection of beautifully appointed cabins and The Main Lodge. Cabins range from 1 to 4 bedrooms, making them ideal for families, friends and bridal party stays.
Each cabin features a fireplace, air conditioning, BBQ and smart TV — everything you need for a relaxed, home-away-from-home experience. Whether it’s welcome drinks the night before or a recovery brunch the next day, having everyone stay together on the property makes it easy to turn your wedding into a full weekend of celebration.
