Visonette is a creative studio merging artistic imagery and emotional connection. Combining a love for both film and digital photography while bringing forward a distinct vision to tie together the story of the day, Visonette captures a wide variety of weddings and elopements across the United States and internationally. 

What would you like couples to know about you?

The relationship we have with our clients is something we value deeply and the community surrounding Visonette is what makes us who we are. Each wedding we capture is a collaboration and it’s important to us that our clients feel that their vision is shared on a deeper level. We want couples to know that when we connect with each other we’ll place care and intention into all of our communication leading up to your day. 

Where are you based?

Based in Los Angeles, sometimes New York and available internationally. 

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes we do. We service all of the USA, Europe, and most other countries. 

What is your most memorable career moment?

The first wedding we captured was for a client who would later become a dear friend to us. We went into the day without any expectations and with the desire to capture honesty and warmth. As the day unfolded, we found ourselves drawn to the moments we were able to preserve and the feelings we were witnessing. It was an intimate day with so much intention and we realized then that this was something incredibly special to us. We were honored when we learned that the wedding was going to be featured in digital and print in Vogue and Vogue Spain. From that wedding onwards, we took it as a sign that it was where we were meant to be. 

How would you describe your working style?

Our style encourages you and your guest to be fully present and immersed in your day. We use our collective experience to balance when to step in and offer a touch of direction and when to observe the moments unfold. We promise to always give you the space to feel comfortable and have the day move naturally.

Do you shoot digitally, on film or both?

We shoot both mediums and believe that each format holds a unique place in telling your story. We’ll have a variety of film cameras with their own distinct qualities that we shoot in tandem with digital throughout the day. We carefully consider which medium is right for every moment to tell your story in the most artistic, creative and honest way.

Do you have custom packages according to individual needs?

We have an array of packages that are suitable for most of our clients but are always open to discussing a package that is tailored to individual desires and needs. 

Where would you love to travel to for work?

We’re inspired by the landscapes of meadows and mountains, so it’s a dream of ours to be a part of a ceremony in the Swiss Alps, Austria or Northern Italy. 

What is your advice to couples getting married?

Choosing your photographer is a deeply personal decision. There will always be visual trends and event expectations but it will always pay off to be true to your taste and individual style. Do what you feel will honor the celebration of your union and the memories that will come from it. We know how many exciting thoughts can enter your planning process, but being present and remembering the reason you’re amidst this season will guide you through and ensure you’re making choices that are authentic to you.
