Tell us about your business!
I have been documenting weddings and elopements for 8 years. I am based in Australia but travel worldwide.
Where are you based?
Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes I travel both interstate and internationally.
How would you describe your style?
Editorial, authentic, photojournalistic, artistic and timeless.
What is your most memorable career moment?
My first real wedding print feature in Vogue Brides Australia in 2017.
What inspires you?
Nature, light, music, architecture, movement and love.
How would you describe your working style?
I shoot most of the day in an unobtrusive documentary style. There are times thought out the day where I do give a little bit of direction but I like to keep things natural and fun. I encourage my couples to focus on each other, talk, walk and laugh with each other. My couples have described me as a calming presence on the wedding day, giving gentle guidance when required.
Do you shoot digitally, on film or both?
For weddings mostly digital. I will occasional mix in some film if it is requested.
Do you have custom packages according to individual needs?
I like to keep things simple for my clients. I have created packages for weddings and elopements based on experience but you can absolutely customise your package if it does not work for you.
Where would you love to travel to for work?
Majorca and Morocco are high on the list. But honestly I am happy to travel anywhere my work takes me!
Who is your dream client?
I like working with couples who love fashion, value photography and show their personality through details at their wedding.
