Corinna Keiser specialises in capturing creative, non-traditional weddings, crafting emotional, timeless, and beautiful images. Based in Germany, she works as both a film and digital photographer, photographing weddings across Europe and around the world. Corinna Keiser has a particular love for the vibrant energy of urban spaces, as well as venues with a unique and distinctive atmosphere.

What would you like couples to know about you?

Even though I have documented my first wedding 20 years ago, it still moves me deeply. Having been married myself for many years, I understand how these photographs become even more precious as time passes and how emotional it is to look at them decades later.

What is your most memorable career moment?

Being named one of the 25 best wedding photographers in Europe came as a complete surprise and was a wonderful acknowledgment of two decades of dedication, passion and hard work.

What inspires you?

My strongest work comes from photographing weddings with a distinctive style: creative, artistic, authentic, and fun, with a clear focus on people and celebration over tradition.

How would you describe your working style?

Thorough preparation is essential to me. If possible, I work closely with your planner to ensure the timeline allows space for all the images that matter most to you.

On the wedding day, I create my best work when I feel genuinely connected to my clients and their wedding community. I’m not a fly on the wall. I enjoy being present, mingling, and chatting with families and guests, which helps create natural, authentic photographs.

Do you shoot digitally, on film or both?

I shoot both 35mm film and digital. Since all the images from my childhood and even from my own wedding were captured on film, this look holds a deep emotional significance for me—it’s more than just a trend. That said, I also appreciate the reliability and control that digital photography offers, and it plays a crucial role in my work.

Do you have custom packages according to individual needs?

As I cover weddings in all forms and sizes all over the world I create a custom proposal for each client.

But I provide a brochure with my basic package that will give my couples an overview of where my prices start and what I include in my packages.

What is a favourite product or service that you offer and why?

I love capturing a weekend away with a group of family and friends, either in an urban space or a house full of character tucked away in the countryside. Many of my clients have loved ones from all over the world, and often begin the celebration with a gathering the night before the wedding.

Where would you love to travel to for work?

I love the energy of urban spaces, and I enjoy capturing weddings in cities like Berlin, Rome, Copenhagen, Milan and Marseille, just to name a few!

But if you book me for a wedding at a Masseria in Puglia or at Hotel Corazon in the mountains of Mallorca, I’ll be absolutely thrilled!

I’m also hoping to shoot my first wedding in Morocco or South Africa soon.

Who is your dream client?

My dream clients get excited about fashion, design, art and photography. Wedding traditions don’t mean much to them. They are madly in love and just want a beautiful party with all the important people in their lives.

What is your advice to couples getting married?

Before you start planning, sit down together and identify your priorities. What is most important to you when it comes to your wedding? Who absolutely needs to be there? What look and feel do you want? What services are non-negotiable? This will help guide where most of your time and budget should be invested. And, of course, choose a great location—it will set the stage for everything that happens and for all your photos.

And when it comes to your wedding photographer, don’t compromise. You might be able to save a few dollars, but it’s not worth feeling uncomfortable with the person you’ll spend the most time with on your wedding day. Plus, you don’t want to be disappointed with your photos later. Once the cake is eaten, the hangover is gone, and your dress is tucked away in the attic, the images are what remains with you forever.
