Tell us about your business!

I’m a very nostalgic person and once my photography made its way into weddings, I knew I was home. My brand has always been a reflection of myself and I hope it always feels approachable, and warm to clients. I want my work to feel soft and heartfelt but with a modern twist, and my business is very much rooted in the idea that these are the photos that will be cherished by generations to come, and I’m just so honored to hold them for people by way of my images.

What would you like couples to know about you?

I’d like couples to know that it will feel easy to be photographed by me. The experience is relaxed, fun and calm and I am here to offer as much direction and guidance as you would like.

Do you travel for weddings?

I do travel and am always open to it although most of my weddings are in the NYC area, or in the Hudson Valley.

How would you describe your style?

My style is modern, editorial, sentimental, chic and documentary in nature. I always describe it as a “guided documentary” approach because although there are many times on a wedding day where being a fly on the wall is going to be the best method to document a moment, I am also there to offer guidance so that my couples feel comfortable and natural in front of my camera.

What inspires you?

I’m really inspired lately by unexpected color combinations, wedding details that are a nod to past times, couples who embrace fun, and movement.

How would you describe your working style?

I would definitely describe it as laidback, supportive and approachable. Many of my past couples have communicated that they really appreciated having a calm relaxed cadence for photos on their wedding day.

Do you shoot digitally, on film or both?

I shoot film at all weddings but I lean heavier on digital. I think film is beautifully complimentary to digital and shooting both makes a wedding album flow so nicely.

Do you have custom packages according to individual needs?

I absolutely do create custom packages, as each client is unique.

What is a favourite product or service that you offer and why?

I think my favorite service that I offer are my preview galleries, which I aim to deliver to clients 2-3 days after a wedding. I have so much fun putting these together and it feels so rewarding to give my clients a small glimpse into the way their day was documented.

Who is your dream client?

My dream client is down for a good time, ready to let go and have fun, appreciates good food, good music and is ready to go with the flow on their wedding day.
