Inspired by the vibrant and historical city of London, along with a passion for vintage elements that evoke a sense of nostalgia, Joshua Woodland Photography embarked on a creative journey to produce a stunning editorial. This project was a collaboration with hair and makeup artist Lilia Mullinger. Together, they envisioned a captivating aesthetic that intertwined the charm of vintage fashion with contemporary artistry.
Setting the stage for their collaboration, the duo chose the all-red cinema as their backdrop, a location that perfectly complemented their vision. The cinema, with its rich red hues and dramatic ambiance, provided a dramatic atmosphere that resonated with the vintage theme they aimed to portray. The Bon Bride mini and blazer from Hermia Bridal were carefully selected to harmonise with their artistic vision.
