Captured at La Finka 4.1 in the Maresme area, north of Barcelona city, this editorial complemented its surrounding green mountains and valleys. With a modern, industrial feel, the venue created the perfect canvas for this styled shoot, captured by Nina Wernicke.
Stylist and wedding planner Linda Arvola from Studio Marieta dreamt up the design and tablescape, creating something modern, with a bit of an edge. She loved playing with contrasts and wanted to create something untraditional but beautiful - a conversation starter.Â
The idea for the floral design, by Yolanda Morales from Best Day Ever, came from the beautiful surrounding landscape, as well as the venue's lake, which is surrounded by lush greenery. Looking for continuity of the space, she wanted to give the feeling of fusion between the space and its environment - thus creating an organic, modern and timeless design, where the colour green was the lead player. For the tablescapes, she used moss and created sculptural arrangements, with engraved JDN Paper coasters replacing traditional place cards. Outfits by Annika Maria included a sleek suit, a dramatic mini and a flamenco inspired black gown, styled by Alexandra Van Port.
