Rhythm Events is a luxury wedding and event planning studio based in San Francisco, California. Rhythm Events specialises in full-service planning and creative direction for couples seeking a celebration that is daring, intentional, and distinctively theirs.

What would you like couples to know about you?

We’re not here to replicate what’s been done—we’re here to design something that feels like you. We’ll champion your vision, guide you with care, and bring a calm, creative presence to every step of the process.

Where are you based?

San Francisco, California right in the city, and our neighborhood is two blocks off of Ocean Beach. It feels like a little beach community within the city. 

Do you travel for weddings?

Absolutely! We spend a portion of the year in Southern California and recently have been taking more weddings down there. 

How would you describe your style?

Bold but elegant and refined with a playful edge. Think editorial touches, saturated colors, unexpected textures, and immersive environments. We blend personality with polish to create experiences that feel high-end, yet completely personal.

What is your most memorable career moment?

My most memorable career moment was at a wedding last year my bride came up to me at the end of the day in tears thanking me for everything I had done.. It really makes it all worth it! 

What inspires you?

We’re really inspired by the city around us and our couple’s love. 

How would you describe your working style?

Warm, collaborative, and detail-obsessed. We’re known for making our clients feel confident and cared for from day one.

Do you have custom packages according to individual needs?

Yes. While we offer a full-service planning package as our signature, we always tailor our approach to fit your needs. Whether you’re planning a multi-day destination celebration or an intimate backyard wedding, we customize our offerings to align with each couple’s vision and values.

What is a favourite product or service that you offer and why?

Our full-service planning and creative direction package is our favorite because it allows us to guide the entire journey—from big-picture dreaming to micro-level details. It gives us the time and space to build trust, think creatively.

Where would you love to travel to for work?

We would love to travel to Mallorca, Cabo San Lucas, Aix-En-Provence and Aspen.

Who is your dream client?

My dream client is someone real and down-to-earth who wants their event to feel personal and true to them. They’re open to fresh ideas and to collaborate throughout the planning process.

What is your advice to couples getting married?

Your wedding should be a reflection of you and your relationship. And just have fun! When you create space for authenticity, joy naturally follows.
