Spurred on by long hot summer nights and a love of all things fashion, this is Summer In The City. Haute Weddings came up with the concept for this editorial - taking the classic hotel wedding and reinvigorating it with a new sense of sophisticated fun.
Set in the sleek Sofitel Auckland hotel, the team, focussed on creating scenes which would allow for the utmost of good times, while showing off bold modern bridal design from Hera Couture, Millia London and accessories by Amelie George Bridal and Ella Jane. Josie Wignall Make Up kept hair and makeup contemporary and sleek, while a well tailored suit from Crane Brothers perfectly complemented the bride's modern looks. Liberty Event Styling took care of the table styling and bespoke details, including stationery by Inker Tinker and stunning florals.
From lazy mornings sleeping in and running around the hotel, to dinner and cake by Noughts and Crosses, as well as champagne towers; this long summers day in the city will be cherished for a lifetime.
