Tell us about your business!

For the past 15 years, I've had the honor of documenting weddings, which has deepened my passion for the art of photography. I genuinely value the trust my couples place in me, and that trust inspires me to craft meaningful images that become treasured family heirlooms. My focus is on capturing not just moments, but the emotion and atmosphere of your special day, the genuine feelings and the essence of what makes it unforgettable.

What would you like couples to know about you?

My vibe and energy are naturally relaxed and calm, and I strive to carry that into my time with my couples. I believe that a peaceful presence helps create a serene atmosphere, allowing you to feel more at ease amidst the emotions and excitement of your wedding day. My goal is to help you experience the day with confidence and tranquility, so your genuine happiness and love shine through in every image.

Where are you based?

I am based in Nyack, Ny. It is 40 minutes outside this city in the Hudson Valley.

Do you travel for weddings?

Of Course. I love to travel for my couples.

How would you describe your style?

I approach each wedding with a documentary style, viewing it as a genuine opportunity to capture meaningful and impactful moments. Like a street photographer, I move unobtrusively throughout the day, always observing and waiting for those candid moments to unfold naturally. My goal is to tell the story of your day authentically and artistically,  so you can relive the emotion and spirit whenever you look at your photos.

How would you describe your working style?

My approach is seamless and smooth, allowing me to blend into the background. I’m always carrying 4 discreet cameras with me, seamlessly weaving between moments. I focus on capturing those fleeting emotional glances and intimate exchanges that often go unnoticed. My calm assertive energy is transferred to whomever I am photographing.

Do you shoot digitally, on film or both?

I embrace both digital and film mediums, each telling a different part of your story. My heart lies in film, a medium that embodies the fleeting, imperfect beauty of a wedding day. There’s a magic in the unpredictability and softness of film that feels so natural. I personally develop and scan each roll in my darkroom, allowing me to preserve the soul of each shot.

What is a favourite product or service that you offer and why?

I love when I get to make darkroom prints for my couples. The art of a handmade black and white print is an art form that I am passionate about keeling alive.

Who is your dream client?

If you value photography and want your wedding to be captured uniquely and with sensitivity, you are my dream client.

What is your advice to couples getting married?

Align yourself with vendors that allow and help you be in the moment. Your wedding will go by in a blink of an eye and being present will be the greatest gift to you. Have fun, relax and take it all in.
