This editorial was created from the idea of an old handwritten love letter. Unfortunately, this love could not fully bloom and remained unrequited. However, the creative team were swept away with the dream that these two lovers would meet, fall in love and one day marry.
The team, with photography by Yara Brouwer wanted to juxtapose the old with the new - and used Kasteel de Vanenburg as a backdrop to their editorial. The 17th century estate and castle provided the beautiful architectural backdrop to the soft blush tulle gown by Amber Abare, with accessories by Lovely Elysian.
The tablescape reflected the theme, with no detail overlooked by Ami Bojang Weddings. Stationery by Moonrise Studio and tableware and napkins by Representable were complemented beautifully by textural, whimsical florals by Blouming Floral Art. Touches of dark red, whites, coffee, dusty pinks reflective of a sepia picture of a couple in love.
